Town Stories CollectionA new effort to preserve history in DeKalb County, MO has been to gather long-time residents who hold memories of earlier days and record their stories and memories on video. Voices of the Past2023 saw the first DeKalb County Voices of the Past Cemetery tour and althought he weather did not cooperate on the original event day, actors from DCHS presented the lives of pioneers buried in the Old Maysville Cemetery on video captured in this collection.
