PurchaseHow to get a membership:
In Person or by Mail: DCHS Building is staffed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm at 116 W. Main, Maysville, MO 64469. Stop in and you can sign up and purchase a membership from a volunteer. If you want to sign up by mail, click the Membership Form link below, print it out, and send it in with a check for $20.00. Onine purchase: Click the Membership Purchase link below and it will take you to our shopping area where you can click on a membership purchase and pay for it online. Purchasing online adds a small fee of $1.63 for processing. |
